When it comes to scenic elopement locations in Missouri, you really can't go wrong with Klondike Park! Just outside of Washington, MO, and high above the Missouri River and Katy Trail lie stunning views, a gorgeous blue quarry, and white sands that truly transport you to a different place.


Michael & Whitney started their day out by getting ready at their Airbnb in Augusta. We traveled over to Klondike Park for their ceremony by the lake, surrounded by their children and closest family members. In a hilarious turn of events, the rings were left at the Airbnb, so we had to play pretend for a second - luckily, Charley is a pro officiant and was able to pivot quickly!


I took the couple up on top of the bluffs for their first dance & some photos during golden hour, and we used that as the perfect time to exchange rings privately. Following portraits, we traveled to Washington, MO for a bite of ice cream with their guests at Main Street Creamery before saying our goodbyes!
